Reasonably priced place, had a lovely stay for a long weekend getaway. The restaurant was good with delicious food, I tried excellent dishes. It was tidy and the bathroom was spotless. The stuff were best and the location was stunning. The pool was very clean and I had cool drinks in the cocktail bar.

Situation is good - handy for meeting friends and family. Room is comfortable but see below.
Having stayed their previously was looking forward to my stay. However whilst the room was comfortable, the light on the fridge keeps you awake during the night! The shower - one of those overhead ones- was not particularly powerful. I felt that the standard has deteriorated since our last stay.. We also made use of the restaurant - brasserie - for our family get together - my husband has complained about this separately and his complaint has been dealt with. We did not feel that we were a particularly valued customer - even thought there we more than 26 of us spending a fair amount of money.

We thought the Staff were fantastic very friendly , professional and courteous .
we liked the hotel very much ,however we were not impressed with guests walking around in their bathrobes all around the house bathrobes should be only for Spa use and in the spa area only.

Posh! Great entrance, well trained staff and a feeling that you have come away to the countryside, great pool, comfy beds and a really tasty breakfast
All was great except water was so hard in the room the tea was like soup and there was no coffee in the welcome tray.Bring your own water :)

Excellent service from every staff member. Food very tasty and delicious. Our room was fabulous, but others were not as nice. The conferencing facilites were fabulous. Breakfast was sumptuous and there was an excellent choice of hot food and cold. Our room was quiet and overlooked countryside. It was extremely comfortable, with a sofa and chair and a huge bed.

very good hotel, lovely rooms with that extra touch, we were at a wedding and the food that was served to about 120 people was excellent. lovely grounds and pool etc really a very good and relaxing hotel.
very little seating(one Sofa) in the bar that served the function room so unable to sit in the bar area to chat to friends, the bar area was large could have taken more than 50 seats and tables

The staff. They are very hard working & nothing is too much trouble & everything was always done with a smile. The location is pretty too.
Parking was difficult at weekends as there are always weddings etc at this time of year.
